Summer Series At Somerset House

What better way to celebrate that blob of yellow in the sky (you remember it) than with music and song? None is the answer. At Somerset House, they take summer and song extremely seriously – so much so that they’ve lined up a string of artists to play in the courtyard of the historic London venue throughout July…
Five of the dates, running from July 7th-17th, are already sold out – Hurts, Eels, Blondie, Beady Eye and Ellie Goulding. However, there are still tickets for six other dates including Professor Green, Imelda May, Lamb and My Morning Jacket available, and the events are also supporting emerging talent, with support coming from the likes of Cloud Control, Miles Kane, Dione Broomfield and Yasmin. Our favourite support act listed are Gaggle (opening for Hurts), the quirky all-female choir who have to be seen to be believed.
