I have a confession to make: I’ve been slacking. I brought out All I Want For Autumn in September, and since then, I’ve been doing all I can not to write. And when I put my mind to something, I can compete at Olympic level… Continue reading » “All I Want Forever In The Works!”
Autumn is my favourite time of the year with its vivid colours, sunshine, cosy evenings and fireworks galore. But what exactly makes this such a thrilling time in the calendar of life? Well, these ten reasons, for starters…
Welcome to episode 24 of the Lesbian Book Club as I interview award-winning US author Lynn Ames, best known for her Kate & Jay series including the most recent novel Final Cut, as well as her romance All That Lies Within.
Lynn talks about her writing process, how she weaves her characters throughout multiple books, as well as shedding light on her friendship with Dot Wilkinson who inspired her historical romance Bright Lights Of Summer. What’s more, having worked in US politics, Lynn assures us that Trump won’t win. Let’s hope she’s right!
I also do my usual run-down of the Amazon Lesbian Fiction charts in the US & UK, as well as talking about the latest in my All I Want series, All I Want For Autumn, out now! I’m currently working on the final episode in the series, All I Want Forever, due out in a couple of months.

As I have stated, I got pretty emotional writing this one, because it was an emotional journey the two characters went on – and also, as it turned out, a defining journey. This is the instalment where their lives were forced to settle down and where life threw stuff at them to test their strength and to ask them the vital question: what do they really want, not just for Autumn, but for their lives?
Welcome to episode 23 of the Lesbian Book Club! This month, I interviewed Australian writer G Benson who was all sorts of lovely. Gabby had her breakthrough book last year with All The Little Moments, an emotional juggernaut of a book and my fave lesfic of 2015; she followed that up this year with the very readable Flinging It, which deals with a woman having an affair with her boss’s wife. Gabby chats about living in Spain, how she made the jump from fan-fiction to full-blown author, and the importance of diversity in lesfic.
As well as that, I also do my usual run-down of the Amazon Lesbian Fiction charts in the US & UK, as well as talking about my latest release, book 5 in the All I Want series – All I Want For Autumn – due out on Sept 21st!
I’ll also be selling books at Triskele Litfest, Lift, 45 White Lion Street, London, N1 9PW on Sept 17th, 1-6pm. Come along if you’re free for a fabulous afternoon of books and readings!
The next instalment in the saga of Tori & Holly – All I Want For Autumn – is due out on Sept 21st. Yay! I have to say, I got a bit emotional writing this one, the penultimate book in the series. If you’ve been following this lesbian romance series and are on tenterhooks wondering what happens next, here’s a sneak peak at the first chapter… Continue reading » “All I Want For Autumn: Chapter One Preview!”
