London Romance Series Out In Audio!

Thrilled to announce the first three books of my London Romance series are out in audio! The narrators have done a fab job bringing these lesbian romances to life, and I hope you give them a go because I love audiobooks! So if you want to find out how Jess gets on in London Calling, how Kate & Meg meet in This London Love or how Tanya wins Sophie over in A Girl Called London, give these a whirl now!

The Lesbian Book Club with EJ Noyes

Welcome to episode 39 of the Lesbian Book Club as I interview Aussie author EJ Noyes. EJ’s debut novel Ask, Tell was one of the most talked about in lesbian fiction last year, and she’s recently followed it up with her second book, the deliciously sexy lesbian romance Turbulence. EJ tells me about juggling multiple plots in her head, the surprise of her first novel flying off the shelves and how she’s a plane nerd at heart.

As usual, I follow that up with a run-down of the Amazon Lesbian Fiction charts in the US & UK, and fill you in on what I’ve been up to, including releasing three audiobooks: London Calling, This London Love and A Girl Called London are out now, and Twice In A Lifetime is coming next month. I’d love to hear who you’d like on the podcast – so email me and let me know:mail@clarelydon.co.uk

New Covers For The London Romance Series!

If you’ve been paying attention, you might have noticed that my London Romance series has a brand-new set of covers – I hope you love them! I decided to give the series a cohesive look so they’re easily identifiable as being linked (despite being standalone books), and I’m really pleased with how they’ve turned out.

The stories inside haven’t changed, with each book focusing on a different couple in this London group of friends. But I thought it was time they got a facelift, and you can expect two more books in this lesbian romance series this year, both with linked covers. So if you haven’t read London Calling, This London Love or A Girl Called London yet, now’s the time to do so before the next books in the series hit the shelves!

Book four, The London Of Us will be out this summer.

The Lesbian Book Club: 2018 Goals

Welcome to episode 38 of the Lesbian Book Club as I welcome in 2018! For this episode, I do a run-down of the Amazon Lesbian Fiction charts in the US & UK, as well as revealing my goals for 2018, including producing five new books and five new audiobooks. No pressure!

Plus, I feature the first chapter of my audiobook Nothing To Lose, read by the fabulous Gabrielle Baker. We’ll be back to normal with an interview with Aussie author EJ Noyes next month, and I’d love to hear who you’d like on the podcast – so email me at:mail@clarelydon.co.uk

Thanks to The Lesbian Lounge for hosting and producing this podcast, it’s much appreciated!

Twice In A Lifetime Out Now!

I’m beyond thrilled to let you know that Twice In A Lifetime is finally out – hurrah! I’m not sure I’m meant to say this, being the author, but I fucking LOVE this book. It’s dreamy & steamy in equal measure, and I miss the characters already. Let me tell you about writing it…

Writing A Girl Called London

AGCL-FINAL-300x480When I first started thinking about writing the third book in the London Romance series, I wasn’t sure which character to focus on – should I choose one from a previous book, or should I make up a fresh one? But then Tanya kept knocking at my plot door, and she was quite persistent. I wondered if she’d been too much as Meg’s stroppy ex in This London Love, but by the end of that book, she’d redeemed herself. The die was cast: Tanya was going to be the linking character.

A Girl Called London: Cover Reveal!

AGCL-FINAL-300x480

A Girl Called London, the long-awaited follow-up to London Calling and This London Love, is back from the editor with a thumbs-up – hurrah! Now it just needs to go out to some early readers, and my copy editor, and I will be launching when I return from holiday in late June. Woohoo! And drum roll please – here’s the fab cover! I hope you love it as much as I do, and I’ll be showcasing the first couple of chapters of my new lesbian romance later this week. Stay tuned for more updates soon!

A Girl Called London is a standalone novel in the London Romance series. You don’t have to have read London Calling or This London Love to enjoy it, but why not read them first so you can get the most out of it?

Round-Up Of 2016 Goals: How Did I Do?

2016-2017-jump

Back in January 2016, I set out my goals for the year – the first time I’d ever done so in public. You can read the post here. So how did I do? Seeing as I didn’t actually check my goals after March (for shame!), actually not too badly. 2016 was the year I ramped up my production of books, so come with me as I look back on my goals for 2016 and see what happened along the way…
