Twice In A Lifetime: Cover Reveal!

Twice-500Thrilled to let you know that my new lesbian romance, Twice In A Lifetime, is due out in October – and here’s the gorgeous cover! I really love this, it’s bold, in-your-face, and I fell in love with it instantly. I hope you do too!

My new lesbian romance is a second-chance love story set in Chicago (and New York), the first time I’ve set a book outside my beloved UK. I was inspired to do this after a fab trip to the Windy City in June, and by my many trips to the Big Apple over the years.

In the book, you get to meet Harriet Locke, a go-getting entrepreneur, and Sally McCall, a greetings card designer. They were each other’s first loves when they were teeangers, but then they drifted apart. When they meet 17 years later, will they still like each other? Can they trust each other? Will true love really strike twice in a lifetime?

Twice In A Lifetime is due out late October!

A Girl Called London: Curve Review

The Lesbian Book Club with Rosie Wilby

Welcome to episode 33 of the Lesbian Book Club as I interview UK broadcaster, comedian and author Rosie Wilby, who’s just released her book Is Monogamy Dead? Rosie’s book is non-fiction in a change for this podcast, and asks the title’s question by journeying through her life, shining a spotlight on all her relationships and asking some searching and often awkward questions. Rosie talks about the writing journey, what she learned and how her new partner is coping with her promoting such a book!

As usual, I also do a run-down of the Amazon Lesbian Fiction charts in the US & UK, as well as talking about the Golden Crown Literary Awards, listing all the winners in the lesbian fiction categories. Writing A Girl Called London

When I first started thinking about writing the third book in the London Romance series, I wasn’t sure which character to focus on – should I choose one from a previous book, or should I make up a fresh one? But then Tanya kept knocking at my plot door, and she was quite persistent. I wondered if she’d been too much as Meg’s stroppy ex in This London Love, but by the end of that book, she’d redeemed herself. The die was cast: Tanya was going to be the linking character. The Lesbian Book Club With Harper Bliss

Welcome to episode 31 of the Lesbian Book Club, where I had the pleasure of interviewing the uber-prolific author Harper Bliss and her wife Caroline. Together the duo run their small press, Ladylit Publishing, which as well as publishing all of Harper’s books has also just launched MyLesfic.com, a new discount lesbian fiction newsletter. Harper is a huge favourite with fans of lesbian romance and her books are regular chart-toppers around the globe – the most recent being Everything Between Us and This Foreign Affair, part of the Pink Bean series. Harper and Caroline are currently digital nomads and 2017 is shaping up to be a tour de force for them both.

As usual, I also do a run-down of the Amazon Lesbian Fiction charts in the US & UK, as well as discussing the sad demise of the UK Lesfic blog. A Girl Called London, the long-awaited follow-up to London Calling and This London Love, is back from the editor with a thumbs-up – hurrah! Now it just needs to go out to some early readers, and my copy editor, and I will be launching when I return from holiday in late June. Woohoo! And drum roll please – here’s the fab cover! I hope you love it as much as I do, and I’ll be showcasing the first couple of chapters of my new lesbian romance later this week. Stay tuned for more updates soon!

A Girl Called London is a standalone novel in the London Romance series. You don’t have to have read London Calling or This London Love to enjoy it, but why not read them first so you can get the most out of it?
